# User Agreement - development preview

**UNREVIEWED DEVELOPMENT DRAFT.**

DevGrail is not live yet. This document is a placeholder for testing the user
agreement flow. Accepting it records a development test action only.

The installation you use sends a daily heartbeat to the DevGrail site it was
installed from. The heartbeat contains nothing about you or your work; the
Privacy Notice says exactly what it contains.

Reviewed terms will replace this notice before launch.
